This step levels the surface and exposes the aggregate beneath the concrete.Gradually switch to finer-grit diamond grinding tools to refine the surface and smooth out any remaining imperfections. Continue grinding until the desired level of smoothness and aggregate exposure is achieved.

3. Honing– Once the surface has been ground to the desired level, switch to a series of progressively finer-grit diamond honing pads to further refine the surface and enhance its smoothness. This step removes any scratches or marks left by the grinding process and prepares the surface for polishing.

4. Polishing – After honing, proceed to polish the concrete surface using a series of increasingly finer-grit diamond polishing pads. Each successive pad further smooths and polishes the surface, creating a glossy finish. Apply a densifier or hardener to the surface during the polishing process to increase the hardness and durability of the concrete. This helps to achieve a more polished finish and enhances the surface’s resistance to abrasion and staining.
